让我们祈求忠实跟随耶稣的恩宠，以行动而非言谈，怀着耐心背负我们的十字架。

Per seguire fedelmente Gesù, chiediamo la grazia di farlo non a parole ma nei fatti, e di avere la pazienza di sopportare la nostra croce.

Let us ask for the grace to follow Jesus faithfully, not in words but in deeds, and to have the patience to carry our own cross.

Ad fideliter Iesum sequendum, gratiam exposcamus hoc faciendi non verbis, sed operibus, et crucem nostram patienter tolerandi.
